Anu has been Head of Adult Mental Health Psychology for three NHS Trusts and Head of Older Adult Services at Ashford and Hillingdon Hospitals. She trained in CBT at the Maudsley Hospital and trained in Systemic Therapy at The Tavistock Clinic where she held an Honorary Psychotherapist post.
