Allison utilises an outcome oriented approach and most current CBT techniques; treating all aspects of Adult Mental Health. Allison originally trained as a General Nurse, gained a first class Honours degree in Psychology and went on to complete a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology working in Forensic and Adult Mental Health settings.
